Bonnie Zello Martin, MEd, CACS, LCPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Therapist serving clients in Maryland and Virginia. Bonnie specializes in complex trauma and has an extensive background in working with victims of violence, exploitation and human trafficking. She has worked internationally for 13 years to reduce the effects of trauma on interpersonal relationships, learning, and rule of law in stress-affected societies. Her work focuses on building the psychosocial capacity of community based organizations. In order to break cycles of conflict and instability at individual, community and society levels, Bonnie incorporates culturally specific strength-based approaches for motivating behavioral change and building trauma resiliency.  Bonnie spent seven years in the field, developing a culturally sensitive, holistic model for the prevention, intervention and treatment of traumatic stress that is based on the most current neuroscientific research.  She provides systemic training for corporations, government agencies, professionals, paraprofessionals and grass roots organizations. She also provides consultation and quality assurance measurements for stakeholders and funders. Her field experience includes the countries of India, South Africa, Swaziland, Serbia, Russia, Bolivia, Colombia, Thailand, Haiti, Nepal and the United States.

Melissa Richards, MA, MHCI is a therapist at Restoration Counseling Center, in Tampa, Florida. After receiving a Psychology major and Church Ministries & Bible minor from Clearwater Christian College, she earned her M.A. in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Her passion for certain populations has been born of her own life experiences and the experiences of those she loves.  She has a great deal of compassion for the hurting and patience with the slow and sometimes uncertain process of healing deep wounds.  Melissa works with clients on issues including but not limited to: trauma, anger, adoption, anxiety, coping skills, depression, eating disorders, grief, relationship issues, sexual abuse, and more.

Felicia Alphonse, MS, IMH holds a B.S. Behavioral Science, Barry University and an M.S. Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. She currently serves as a counselor at Barnes Holistic Counseling Therapies Institute. She is also an academic advisor at St. Leo University and  the founder of Designing Success Life Coaching & Counseling.  She is a member of the American Counseling Association as well as the American Association of Christian Counseling.  

Rev. Deanna Shrodes is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and has served as a pastor for 26 years, along with her pastor-husband, Larry whom she met at Valley Forge Christian College where they were both preparing for pastoral ministry. They have been married for 26 years, have three children and live in the Tampa Bay area where they co-pastor Celebration Church of Tampa. Deanna speaks at churches and conferences internationally and is also an accomplished musician, worship leader, songwriter, and certified coach. An award winning writer, she is also a contributing author to Chocolate For a Woman's Courage, published by Simon & Schuster, a contributing author to  Lost Daughters: Writing Adoption from a Place of Empowerment and Peace published by CQT Media and Publishing,  and the author of the book Juggle:Manage Your Time, Change Your Life.   Deanna serves as the spiritual columnist at Lost Daughters, as well as being a regular contributor at Adoption Voices Magazine. She leads a  support group, Adoptee Restoration Tampa Bay, for adoptees in the Tampa Bay area.
